Super Saturday & Focus T25



Last night, my coach, Ashley, and I made an impromptu decision to head to our very first Super Saturday. For those of you who don't know, Super Saturdays are Team Beachbody informationals, trainings about upcoming products, group workouts, and Shakeology tastings that are held in a public area for coaches in or around that city.

We wore our commit shirts and left at 7:30 this morning. It wasn't the most fun Super Saturday there ever was, and we didn't know anyone, and there were tornado watches and lightning, but we learned about some new products coming to you soon (both of which I cannot wait to try)!

1) Autumn Calabrese's 21 Day Fix: This one is really going to be a hit. 30 minute workouts and a portion control system with a meal plan. Basically this program teaches you how to eat! This one is really going to be a hit with the ladies. This might also be something people who are just beginning to work out and eat healthy would love to try. I say that because most of our programs are "extreme, "insane," or "fire." Haha. This is way less intense. The test group lost 10-15 lbs average with this 21 day program. 2) Strawberry Shakeology: Not to be confused with Vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology, Strawberry Shakeology is available to order this Monday, January 13th! I'm excited to try this! The cool thing is that it comes in a Neapolitan Combo Box (chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry), or of course you can order a whole bag or box of just Strawberry!


After that, we worked out to Focus T25 Cardio. For those of you who don't know, Focus T25 is a workout program made by trainer Shaun T and every workout is only 25 minutes long. It's a tough one, but I lost 11 lbs in my first month doing it. This program WORKS.
