Day 4: The Challenge

Yes it was definitely a challenge. My arms are Jell-O and I'm ready to die now. Goodbye everyone...

This was hard. I had LOW numbers too. I didn't want to hurt myself or let myself down. I picked 3 and 3 and I got those, but geez! Real hard. 

This workout is push-ups and then pull-ups. Constantly alternating. For 30 minutes. 

Tony was hilarious in this one, too. Duh!
