Cauliflower "Breadsticks"

1) take the leaves and large stem off of cauliflower. cut the remaining cauly (I like shortening words) into pieces.
2) steam or boil the cauly. I steamed for 30 minutes. food process with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and 2 eggs.
3) preheat oven to 350 (ours says 325 because it's convection).
4) evoo a cookie sheet or stone. spread your cauly mixture and sprinkle Parmesan on top :)
5) the layer should be 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. put it in the oven for awhile. I'm serious. My instructions said 25 minutes but it's a liar! Longer!
6) slice and enjoy!
