21 Day Fix DESSERT Idea

We all get a sugar craving once in awhile. Typically I think "healthy desserts" are stupid, but this is SO GOOD!

Plus, it counts as a purple container :)

First, you'll need coconut oil, an apple, cinnamon, and optional honey. Preheat your oven to 400.


Chop up your apple into bite-sized pieces.


Then, put it into an oven-safe dish layered with cinnamon.


Put about a tablespoon of coconut oil on top and bake for 15 minutes :) 



Here's the final product :) I added some organic local raw honey on top! Enjoy!
