Overnight Oats

Y'all have all heard of these. Overnight oats. Basically you make the oatmeal like you're about to put it on the stove or in the microwave, but put it in a jar in the refrigerator instead. Overnight. And then, you just pop it in the microwave the next morning to heat it up.

We didn't have any mason jar lids. Don't judge me.

For this one, I used steel cut oats and left it in the fridge for 2 days actually. But you don't have to. 

I used:
1/2 cup steel-cut oats
1/2 cup almond milk
Spoonful of brown sugar
1 TBSP maple syrup
1 TSP cinnamon

I'm eating them right now, and wow!
