HEALTHY Peanut Butter Cups

I've been eyeing this recipe for about like a year, so why am I just now making them for the first time today?!


These were really easy to make. Here's what you need:
- Coconut Oil
- Chocolate Shakeology
- Peanut Butter
- Mini Muffin Pan

Microwave 3 TBSP coconut oil for 20 seconds. 
Put a scoop of Shakeology in and stir it up. 
Pour in about 8 of the muffin circles just enough to cover the bottom (like 1/8 inch).
Put the pan in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
Drop peanut butter on top.
Pour the coconut oil/Shakeokogy mixture in too until you can't see the peanut butter anymore.
Freeze again until the whole thing is hardened.
Hit the pan on the counter and the peanut buttery chocolate goodness will fall out.
