Japanese Stir-Fry (21 Day Fix Approved Recipe)

Gah, this was so good. I think I'll make it again tomorrow.

It only took a couple minutes to make which is the added bonus here.



You will need:
- Cooked brown rice (I used Uncle Ben's. A little single-serve microwave one)
- 1 chicken breast
- peppers and onions
- cashews
- Bragg's Liquid Aminos (a soy-sauce alternative that's so freaking good!)
- broccoli slaw

Put some oil in the pan. Cook the chicken in the skillet/wok first. When the chicken is almost done, add the onions and peppers and broccoli slaw and handful of cashews. Then add your Bragg's Liquid Aminos.

The breakdown:
- 1 yellow
- 2 greens
- 1 red
- 1/2 blue
