However, it won't hurt your tummy, because it is gluten-free.
We have these little ramekins (sp? correctness? lol) that I like to make microwave desserts in.
Put all of these together in your "ramekin."
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp water
Microwave for 1 minute.
Top with Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips and some gluten-free frosting :)
